About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in different provinces of the Roma region, on mineral soils formed by the Lazio Volcano.
Vinification
The grapes undergo temperature-controlled maceration followed by pressing.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks and in wooden barrels of various origins and sizes.
Tasting profile
The aroma is rich and the flavour deep.
Label / history
The wine is dedicated to Rome and its productive land. Roma DOC is Lazio’s newest denomination and covers an important historic area where winemaking traditions date back to ancient times.
