About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Granadié is a Langhe rosé grown on Tortonian clay soils interlayered with sand.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification

Grapes were collected in crates and destemmed at the cellar. The berries were crushed and macerated on their skins for approximately eight hours at room temperature. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation proceeded at a controlled 18 °C.

Ageing

The wine remained for several months in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled low temperature before bottling and release.

Tasting profile

Pale pink. Citrus and floral notes lead the bouquet. The palate is rich and vibrant, with freshness and light tannins, followed by a long finish marked by spice and citrus. The wine’s historical description also highlights rose and raspberry aromas and a fresh, structured palate.

Vintage notes

The mild 2024 winter brought occasional rain that partly restored groundwater after the preceding summer’s drought. Budbreak occurred normally in mild conditions, followed by rain during the latter half of spring and through summer. Careful soil management and cluster thinning helped maintain vine health and achieve good sugar concentration with freshness. Harvest took place on September 16.
