About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently crushed and pressed. The must remains briefly in the press to extract aromas, after which the free-run must is transferred to stainless-steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is stopped by rapidly lowering the temperature when the wine reaches 5% alcohol, preserving natural residual sugar. The wine is then clarified, filtered and bottled.
Tasting profile
Intensely aromatic, with pronounced fruit notes and the characteristic aromas of Moscato.
Label / history
Moscato has formed part of Piedmont’s winemaking tradition for generations.
