About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in tanks for two weeks under temperature control, with daily pumping over.
Ageing
Part of the wine matures for one year in new barriques, while the remainder is kept in stainless-steel tanks. The two portions are then blended and bottled.

Pairs well with red meat, game, barbecue, grilled vegetables and mature cheeses.
