Sarmassa vineyard with southern exposure. Planting density ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 vines per hectare, with a yield of 500 g per vine.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from the end of September into early October.
Label / history
The first harvest was 1998. The catalogue presents the wine in 1.5 L Magnum, 3 L Jèroboam and 12 L Balthazar formats.
