Vineyard and terroir
The vines are 80 years old on average. The vineyard is reached by the road that inspired the wine’s name.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and vinified in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.

“Arruga” means “road” in Sardinian dialect, referring to the road leading to the vineyard.
