About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards on the island of Sant'Antioco, close to the sea. The approximately 70-year-old vines grow in sandy soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo cold skin maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for 12 months and then rests in bottle for a further 12 months.
