About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese grows in a vineyard between Gavi and Novi Ligure, at an altitude of 350 metres.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Twenty per cent of the young wine matures for four months in new French oak barriques, while the remaining 80% stays in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
Tenimenti Ca'Bianca is based in the commune of Alice Bel Colle in Piedmont. Founded in the early 1950s, the winery has an estate of around 39 hectares in the hills of Alto Monferrato.
