About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are on hills kept warmer than the plains by a temperature inversion. The soils have a high concentration of volcanic rock. These conditions concentrate aromas and sugars in the grapes.
Vinification
The best grapes are selected and vinified using traditional methods. A shortened secondary fermentation cycle contributes lightness and aromatic character.

Delicate and gentle, with a light, aromatic character.

Suitable as an aperitif and with first courses, appetisers and seafood.
