About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in Tollo, Ortona, Canosa Sannita and Orsogna. The vineyards face southeast and lie at an altitude of 130 m.
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-October. The grapes undergo skin maceration at a controlled temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25 °C and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
