About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the communes of Tollo and Giuliano Teatino, at 130–150 m above sea level. The vineyards face southeast, and the vines are 15–20 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early October. Skin maceration and fermentation take place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C, followed by partial malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for six months.
