Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the fertile Veneto region of northeastern Italy, between the Adriatic Sea and the Alps.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The wine is produced by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in stainless-steel pressure tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve its bright aromas and flavours.
