About this wine
Grapes
Selected Glera is supplemented by local varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, Verdiso, Bianchetta, Trevigiana, Perera and Long Glera.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks over four days. The base wine is then filtered and blended with sugar and selected yeasts before undergoing a second fermentation in a pressurised tank using the Charmat method. It is subsequently filtered, transferred under isobaric conditions and bottled.
Tasting profile
Delicate and refreshing, with good balance and fruity acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, salami, white meat, pasta and rice dishes.
