Vinification
Made and bottled in accordance with kosher practices under rabbinical supervision. Secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method.

Label / history
Val d'Oca is a cooperative founded in 1952 by local vineyard owners. Based north of Venice in Veneto, between Asolo and Conegliano at the foot of the Alps, it now comprises 583 growers and more than 700 ha of vineyards. Annual Prosecco production is 9,600,000 bottles.
