Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on mainly sandy soils. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Traditional fermentation is used.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels and tonneaux, followed by at least nine months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with bright, fresh aromas and notes of ripe berries. The palate combines richness and intensity with supple tannins.

Pair with refined dishes, spicy food, chicken curry, game, lamb or rabbit.
