Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards have clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, gently pressed at the winery and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in oak barriques.
