About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Vietti’s vineyards in the Langhe region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented as whole bunches at the winery for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation begins after alcoholic fermentation and continues until the end of the following spring. Before bottling, a portion of unfermented must is added, allowing fermentation to continue in the bottle.
