About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Zonin’s vineyards in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripeness, acidity and sugar have reached their ideal balance. The wine is produced by the Charmat method: following the first fermentation, a second fermentation takes place in sealed stainless-steel tanks, creating fine, delicate bubbles.
