Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from approximately 1 hectare of Nerello Mascalese in Contrada Solicchiata at 750 m above sea level. The vines are trained both in espalier and alberello systems and grow in black volcanic soil.

100% Nerello Mascalese.
Vinification
Ripening is monitored throughout the season to capture aromatic maturity while retaining suitable acidity.

Alcohol: 12%. Bottle format: 750 ml. Contains sulphites and is a product of Italy. Energy value: 76 kcal/100 ml (318 kJ/100 ml). Ingredients comprise grapes and potassium metabisulphite (E224) as preservative and antioxidant; bottled under a protective atmosphere.
