Storia
1968 — Foundation
The Celestino Pecci winery began in 1968, when Celestino Pecci chose to follow his passion for farming rather than the future his parents had planned for him. He bought two farmhouses and 40 hectares of land in Montalcino. The path that followed was marked by hardship and sacrifice, but also by love and passion, and ultimately reached a happy outcome. Celestino was never alone in this venture: his whole family stood by him, especially his wife, Idria, who had a gift for turning every harvest into a celebration. The Pecci family remained down-to-earth, deeply connected to tradition and determined not to forget its roots.
2000 — Loss of Maddalena
Celestino's mother, Maddalena, died in 2000. One of the vineyards was named after her, and she remains very much alive in the family's memories.
Today
The winery is led by Tiziana Pecci, with the warm support of her father Celestino, who sees in his daughter the same passion for her work that has always driven him.
Filosofia
