Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from various sites in Franciacorta. The vines are 15 years old on average.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late August to early September. After cold settling, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation with yeast lasts 20 days in stainless-steel tanks, with partial malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 20–26 months.
