Storia
For many decades, the Fasoli family grew grapes to make wine for themselves and for sale. In 1979, Gino's allergy to chemical additives led the family to completely rethink its approach to viticulture. They embraced organic farming not simply as an alternative, but as a philosophy for both life and winemaking.
Terroir
The wines are described as being of Verona.
Vinificazione
Since 1979, the family has practiced organic farming, adopted as a philosophy for both life and winemaking rather than simply as an alternative approach.
The winery combines knowledge passed down by ancestors with modern methods, aiming to honor the past while looking to the future in the making of its wines.
Filosofia
The family states: "Our present is closely connected to those who came before us. We carefully preserve the knowledge passed down by our ancestors, while naturally integrating modern methods that allow us to honor the past as we look to the future. This meeting of old and new is at the heart of our historic wines."
Fasoli Gino describes its mission as creating distinctive wines that tell the story of the land and the family's heritage, offering, as the family puts it, a journey through a century of dedication, tradition, and love for the wines of Verona.
