Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the communes of Sarego and Vicenza.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried for 20 days before fermenting in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in new French oak barriques, followed by 12 months in 40 hl oak casks.
