Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at 350–400 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested by hand in October. Maceration lasts 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine spends 11 months in French oak barrels.
Label / history
The estate takes its name from the Grace family and a nineteenth-century windmill on the property. The mill appears on the wine labels and is also represented in a sculpture of two men carrying a grapevine in front of the cellar.
