Storia
1979
Rainer Loacker established the winery in 1979. From its founding, Loacker has made organic and biodynamic wines, with organic and biodynamic methods used across all the estates since the beginning.
1998 to today
Rainer's son Hayo has shaped the direction of the wineries since 1998. Loacker Wine Estates brings together three wineries: Weingut Loacker, Tenuta Corte Pavone and Tenuta Valdifalco. Today, all three of Rainer's sons—Hayo, Franz Josef and Hannes—play important roles at the Loacker wine estates, sharing their father's innovative spirit, commitment and rebellious nature.
2005
Since 2005, Loacker wines have been sealed with glass stoppers.

Filosofia
The Loacker family describes itself as pioneers and creative thinkers who share an innovative spirit, commitment and rebellious nature across three generations of involvement in the wine estates. They believe that homeopathy can help improve the estate's biotope, and consider organic and biodynamic farming, while painstaking, to bring remarkable results for both the winemakers and nature. The family states that enjoyment and pleasure are their main priority, aiming to make their wines companions for life's most enjoyable moments.
