Vineyard and terroir
Mulberry trees grow in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and give shade to people working in the vineyards during the dry summer months.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. The must is cooled to 15 °C and left to settle overnight. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C for 10 days.
Label / history
The Tenuta del Morer estate takes its name from the mulberry tree (morer). Its wines are meant to express the character and potential of the local terroir.
