Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Isonzo Valley, in rich, fertile clay-and-gravel soils along the Isonzo River. The soil promotes rounded, aromatic character in the fruit.
Vinification
The bunches are destemmed and gently pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice is clarified by settling and fermented in stainless-steel tanks, preserving its natural character.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months before bottling.
