Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in clay-limestone soils, planted at 5,500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes macerate on the skins for 15 days at a low temperature, then undergo static settling. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 12 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months on fine, clean lees. After bottling it rests in the bottle for a further two months.
