Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from vineyards in Franciacorta with sandy clay soils. The vines are 12 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature conditions, with 85% of the wine fermented in stainless-steel tanks and 15% in oak barrels. Reserve wine makes up 20% of the blend.
Ageing
The wine ages in bottle for 24 months in the winery’s cellars.

Annual production is 110,000 bottles.
