Vineyard and terroir
The small Belvedere vineyard lies on a hillside with gravelly, sandy soils and old Friulano vines.
Vinification
After harvest and sorting, the grapes undergo one day of low-temperature skin maceration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months in bottle.
Label / history
The wine takes its name from the Belvedere vineyard.
