The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when fully ripe, then macerated and fermented for 20 days with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24 months in 25-hectolitre oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Generous and well balanced, with fruity aromas, a pleasant palate and velvety tannins.
