San Michele a Torri was founded in 1992 as an organic winery in the heart of Chianti, 15 km from Florence. The current owner, Paolo Nocentini, has personally developed innovative ways to grow a range of crops, with a focus on the organic production of traditional Tuscan foods such as olive oil, honey and chickpeas.
