Tasting profile
Bright salmon pink. The bouquet combines gentle spice with red fruit, ripe peach and a light passion-fruit nuance. Freshness and savouriness are closely balanced on the palate, leading to a persistent, mineral finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14 °C; the estate catalogue specifies 12 °C. Its broad pairing range includes sautéed mussels, tuna tartare, amatriciana, speck-and-radicchio risotto, calamarata, fish soup and tuna fillet.
