Pinot Grigio grows in Jesera, one of the estate’s main vineyards. The site lies in the lower part of a valley and has a cool climate, with water flowing down from the mountains.

For the 2024 vintage, the juice remained briefly in contact with the grape skins.

“Jesera” means “small lake” in Slovenian and takes its name from the vineyard where the Pinot Grigio is grown.
