Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Ronchi geographical mention in the municipality of Barbaresco. The selected vineyards face east to south-east and were planted between 1950 and 1980.

100% Nebbiolo.
Ageing
The wine matures for about 24 months in oak casks, followed by approximately 24 months of refinement in bottle.
Tasting profile
A cellar selection isolates the most valuable lots from Ronchi in exceptional years. These wines are distinguished by substantial structure and an inherent capacity to develop over time in bottle.

Ronchi Riserva is made only in the best vintages, when selected Barbaresco lots from the Ronchi geographical mention show the structure and longevity required for the Riserva.
