Vintage notes and pairing
The 2024 harvest showed the importance of hillside vineyards. Mild winter, rainy cool spring, a sudden summer heatwave, careful water management and September temperature variation produced healthy grapes with balanced ripeness. Pairings include Italian appetizers, legume soups, pasta dishes including tomato sauces, and roasted or grilled white meats.
