About this wine
Vinification
Made from 10-year-old Castellero Barolo DOCG according to an original recipe, with natural botanicals including China Calissaja bark, rhubarb root, gentian and other aromatic herbs.
Ageing
Aged for at least one year in old 700-litre oak vats.
Tasting profile
Distinctly spiced.
Serving and pairing
May be enjoyed on its own or paired with sponge cake or dark chocolate.
