About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the organically farmed Monrobiolo di Bussia vineyard, planted in 2014.

Grapes

The vineyard is planted with Nebbiolo clones.

Vinification

The grapes are gently pressed to preserve the skins. Fermentation uses wild yeasts, followed by extended maceration for colour and aroma extraction.

Ageing

The wine matures for 30 months in large French oak casks, resulting in a subtle, balanced oak influence.

Tasting profile

Generous, with a notably mature character.

Label / history

Production was limited to 1,314 bottles.
