About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Veneto. A temperate climate influenced by sea breezes and sheltered by the Alps promotes slow ripening through warm days and cool nights. The soils are clay and sandstone.

Grapes

Pinot Grigio.

Vinification

The must remains on the skins for approximately 12 hours at a controlled temperature, developing the wine’s pale rosé color. Gentle pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18°C.

Ageing

The wine is held in stainless-steel tanks at 10–12°C until bottling.

Technical data

Alcohol: 12% vol., with a possible vintage-dependent variation of ±0.5% vol. Available format: 750 ml.

Tasting profile

Rosé with peach-colored reflections. The persistent floral bouquet shows distinct rose notes. The palate is dry, balanced, smooth, and softly textured, with freshness and body.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 8–10°C; the wine page gives 10–12°C. Pair with fish dishes, white meats, and vegetables.
