Vinified in wooden casks for 25–30 days.
Ageing
Matured for 24–36 months in French oak casks.
Tasting profile
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Blackberry and blueberry lead the bouquet, opening into a spicy note reminiscent of sweet pipe tobacco. The first sip is fresh and savoury, continuing with intensity and elegance.
