About this wine
Grapes: 100% Arneis.
Harvest: first or second ten days of September.
Vinification: fermentation for 10–12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Aging: 4–5 months in stainless steel.
Characteristics: pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Intense aromas of wild flowers, including chamomile, with white-fruit notes.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
