About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Novello, at 450 metres above sea level, on clay and sandy soils. The vines are at least 20 years old.
Grapes
The wine is made from a selection of grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and partially destemmed before fermentation in concrete vats.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in large oak casks, followed by 12 months in neutral tanks.
Tasting profile
Rich and fruit-led, with depth and richness on the palate.
