About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in the Valsugana Valley, at 500 metres above sea level. Their south-facing hillside sites receive sunlight for most of the day.
Vinification
The wine undergoes cold fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
It rests for several months, initially in stainless-steel vats and subsequently in bottle.
