About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from limestone soils in the Veneto region. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, partly by hand and partly mechanically.
Vinification
After destemming and gentle pressing, the grapes ferment at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks for 12 days. Production follows organic principles and incorporates responsible water use and renewable energy.
Ageing
The wine remains in the fermentation tanks on its fine lees for 3–6 months.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood, vegetable salads, pasta with light sauces, and risotto.
