About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Collefrisio has 35 hectares divided among three vineyards in the hills of Abruzzo. Sea breezes and the nearby mountains shape the growing conditions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October and fermented for 15–20 days. Collefrisio follows traditional methods and bases its approach on a philosophy of organic winemaking.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a warm, expressive character.
