About this wine
Very sandy silty soil at 300–550 m, west/east exposure, 35% slope, Guyot, 5,500–6,000 vines/ha. Manual harvest in early September; 80–90 q/ha. Whole-cluster pressing; both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak, aging in French oak of various sizes. About 12,000 bottles; 750 ml and 1.5 L.
