About this wine
Planted 1983, 2000 and 2012 on white, silty, very calcareous soil over the Formazione di Lequio; south-east exposure at 300–350 m, 30% slope, Guyot, 4,500–5,000 vines/ha. Manual harvest around mid-October; 55–60 q/ha. Steel fermentation, malolactic in wood, French oak of various sizes. About 8,000 bottles; 750 ml, 1.5 L, 3 L.
