About this wine
Silty soil with varying sand and limestone; south, south-west and south-east at 300–450 m, slopes 25–45%, Guyot, 4,500–5,000 vines/ha. Manual harvest mid-October; 70–80 q/ha. Steel fermentation, malolactic in wood; aging in French oak and steel. About 35,000 bottles — the estate's largest production; 750 ml and 1.5 L.
