About this wine
Silty soil with sand and limestone; south/south-west at 300–400 m, 30–35% slope, Guyot, 4,500–5,000 vines/ha. Manual harvest mid-October; 65–70 q/ha. Steel fermentation, malolactic in wood, aging in French oak — the two varieties are blended only before bottling. About 8,000 bottles; 750 ml, 1.5 L, 3 L.
