The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in the Colli Trevigiani region.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification under strict temperature control. Secondary fermentation follows using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood and vegetable salads.
